Fantasy Fairytale Forest Print
A Beautiful Print Produced in Lockdown
Victoria Wilcox who operates under the name of Pictoria worked for over 8 months on the original painting, 8 months to capture the essence of Maria and me&dee.
The original now hangs in our lodge for all of our families to enjoy, you can see Maria enjoying the print in the video below. Not only has Pictoria donated the original but she has now released a limited print run of 100 prints so that me&dee supporters can buy a signed copy to enjoy in their own homes.
Pictoria said: “I was delighted when Maria and Mark suggested that others might want to have this creation to cherish too, so it’s not only something they can view at The Lodge.
The fact that it will hopefully raise funds for even more families to benefit from is a huge bonus. Initially I was creating a fantasy forest, when we were all stuck indoors at home in #lockdown, to celebrate The Lodge as a destination for dreams.
It came from my wish to make a magical place that children especially would enjoy exploring…
“As a young girl, my father painted a mural on my wall and he told me stories about the faraway lands, princes and princesses who had their adventures there. Now, to offer these art prints as a limited edition project is so exciting and will mean even more bedroom walls might have my fairies on them at bedtime, perhaps leading to even more stories and Happy Ever Afters!"
Anyone who purchases one of my velvet giclée numbered and signed prints will receive it in cellophane, with a wax seal and posted directly to them in a hardback envelope. Each will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and there will only be a total of 100 printed, ever.
When they are gone, they are gone… so hurry and get yours now, before we have sold them all. Framed options also available – please ask us if you’d like it ready for the wall.
