Me&Dee 'Comfort Packs'
This is a new scheme set up by Me&Dee and piloted at Birmingham Children's Hospital for the Teenage Cancer Unit and ward 15, the children's oncology ward. These Comfort packs are an invaluable aid for those whose lives have been turned upside down. Read more or donate online, or contact us to sponsor a pack.
Support Me&Dee are currently receiving up to 20 nominations a month. With 'special moment' treats offered at around £100 each, we need to sustain at least £2,000 a month to cover these. Twenty people donating just £5 to Me&Dee will allow us to create a very special moment when time is very precious indeed, as you can see from just some of our stories.
If you are interested in supporting Me&Dee by fundraising or donating, please contact us. You may also follow the link on the website to donate - with your help, we can make a difference.

There are other ways to support me&dee apart from donating to our funds. You may be in a position to offer the means of a special moment treat.
Karen from Proctors at Stoke on Trent arranged for five children to have a ride in their American style truck, and to go to the Monkey Forest at Trentham Gardens with lunch provided and also donated raffle and auction prizes.
Supporters who have won or acquired vouchers for days out and relaxation days, theatre trips etc. have donated them to us to give as treats.
Wayne and Vicky from Burryport donated time at their apartments by the sea to give invaluable and extremely needed holidays for four families this year, and have offered the same next year.
These are treats that money can't buy, as was a dream day offered by Burton Albion. |
