Nikki Graham, Associate Director at Sellick Partnership.

Nikki Graham, Associate Director of finance and legal specialist recruiter Sellick Partnership, was recently announced as Ambassador for the Maria Hanson Foundation.

With a career spanning over 10 years in recruitment, Nikki has established herself as one of the leading female professionals within Derby and the East Midlands. Having developed a strong foundation within the city, Nikki is able to provide extensive commercial support and advice to a wide-range of organisations. Commenting on her contribution to The Maria Hanson Foundation Nikki said; “It’s an honour to work with such a fantastic cause and help to improve the quality of life of people with life limiting illnesses as well as contributing to the future success of a smaller charity.”

First introduced to the organisation in 2014 when it was nominated in the ‘not-for-profit’ category, sponsored by Sellick Partnership at the Derby Telegraph awards, Nikki was delighted to announce The Maria Hanson Foundation winner of the prestigious prize in the following year.

Since then, Nikki has worked closely with the organisation through various fundraising and promotional opportunities including organising the annual Sellick Partnership East Midlands football tournament. Over the past two years, the five-a-side tournament has seen 40 East Midlands’ public and private sector organisations show their commitment to charity by raising £3,000 with all proceeds donated to The Maria Hanson Foundation’s Me and Dee Charity.

Following the outstanding success of the football tournament, Nikki hopes to continue her support of the Maria Hanson Foundation in 2016 with another contest later in the year.

Listed in the London Stock Exchange and Daily Telegraph’s ‘Hot 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’, achieving Investors in People Silver, and attaining ISO 9001 certification all demonstrate Sellick Partnership’s reputation for quality and continuous improvement. In 2015 the company was honoured to have been recognised as one of the top 100 Best Work Places in the UK by The Great Places to Work UK ® Institute, emphasising Sellick Partnership’s dedication to its people by creating an outstanding working culture, staff development and empowerment of individuals.

“Putting People first, to create the brightest future.”
